Guided Heroes Privacy and Terms Policy

- Customers are responsible for informing Guided Heroes of changes in health or personal circumstances affecting their ability to train safely.
- Engaging in exercises demands good health. Any training or coaching advice is at the customer's own risk.
- Guided Heroes is committed to delivering training programs and feedback in line with the chosen package.
2. Confidentiality & Data Use
- All customer information is treated as confidential by Guided Heroes.
- On occasions, Guided Heroes might showcase customer achievements on the website and social media. If customers prefer otherwise, they must communicate their preferences.
3. Data Collection and Management
- Data is stored on the ”Guided Heroes” and "Today's Plan" platform, adhering to a GDPR-compliant privacy policy. These platforms retain and processe data sent by customers, allowing them to edit or delete their information online.
- Guided Heroes uses third-party companies for its checkout processes. As a result, personal data might be shared with these companies, processed according to the company’s data protection terms.

- Guided Heroes is committed to safeguarding customer data, working closely with platforms like "Training Peaks" to ensure data security.
5. Customer Rights & Account Management
- Customers can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data. Guided Heroes will act in line with GDPR regulations.
- Subscriptions can be denied or canceled by Guided Heroes. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Customers should address refund requests with their name and personal identification number.
- Personal data will not be shared with third party unless it is necessary to finalize orders
6. Customer Engagement & Feedback
- Guided Heroes services requires mutual engagement. Customers are encouraged to offer feedback to Guided Heroes for effective deliveries.
7. Payments & Refunds
- Guided Heroes may retain payment for services provided to the customer even if a subscription is terminated or not renewed.
- If customers cancel after the given period, they may not be eligible for a refund. However, mutual agreements can be discussed.
- Subscriptions will be charged on the 2 day of each month.
